The Highway to...

I decided to join my friend Melissa on a road trip to Michigan in her quest to find the perfect law school...and to get myself out of town for a few days.

Day II of our road trip to Michigan, we realized that we probably should start our documentation of our trip. I mean, you never know what stories you might have to tell...

Bye bye Florida, Georgia and Tennessee, and into Kentucky we go...this is where it really begins...(unless you count hours of entertaining chatting with Zach in Chattanooga)

Ice Drips

Just after leaving our new truck driver friend, our first fun experience in Kentucky...(if only we had pictures). A true Mississipian on the road, complete with a front gold tooth, camo, an suspenders. Priceless.

The Tire
A seemingly simple road side stop turned into a half hour crisis with tires, ice, and slush.

Florida girls+ice=look like you're an idiot on the side of the road.

Aftermath

And it came to pass...

After a good 30 minutes, we are fi
nally back on solid dry ground. You can see how perilous the surrounding area looks...no exaggeration.

The Point of it All

I just wanted a pictures of the horse farms...

PAIN

My hands were so cold and frozen they were red and splotchy...they hurt so bad my stomach hurt. Most unfortunate.

On the Move

Drinkability?

Anyone?? Anyone??

Got Jesus?

After our Car broke down, Melissa decided to take things in her own hands...

Strawberries make everything taste better

Walking On Water

well, ice covered in snow that is...

Across the Border

We were so close, we couldn't NOT go!
